Visitors Policy

The VMAA flying field at Echuca is available for Model Aircraft activates and organised events with the aim of promotion and enjoyment of model flying.

It is available for organised competitions, display days and special interest group events. These events must be booked well in advance with the VMAA secretary / EMMAC Secretary who has forms available for this purpose.

General Flying is also available and usage is free. For a visitor to be at the field permission must be obtained from an EMMAC member or a VMAA committee member and a club member must be present.

A Flying visitor is required to sign the visitor’s book and read and be familiar with the field/club rules displayed and agree to abide by these rules.

A flying visitor needs to be a MAAA member.

The Echuca Moama Model Aero Club is the resident club of the field and is happy to provide the field for the enjoyment of all associated with model flying.

Casual visitors to the club who are not a member of a Model Aircraft Club can use the field for flights to a maximum of 4 times under the guidance of an EMMAC/VMAA member. After that they are expected to join the club.
